Yes it Will Fit The MT2 SS
Here is what you need
HPI Part #86806 Steel Spur Gear Set 47T (can pick your own T)
HPI Part #A988 Heavy-Duty Clutch Bell 13T (can pick your own T)
1 #10 Flat Washer

Put together as per instuctions
Replace Part #72236 with 1 #10 Flat Washer
Do not use Part #B071
Cut 2 rings from the spring Part #A182

Remember to use only a HD Clutch bell or one of the racing ones
Remember to set the slipper
